TBF, a mate had one and whilst it was a nice guitar, it did look a bit like Dame Edna Everage's handbag. So much so that it ended up being chopped in for a CS Jazzmaster - I don't know if @guitars4you still has it (I doubt it, as that was a while ago).

The neck on that guitar was fab though - and so I found a Squier version for the Jazzmaster I had built, which is very similar in profile and feel. That was painted by Rich (@lamf68) in an aged Lake Placid Blue - it looks more green than blue... its gorgeous - including a matching headstock.

I'd heartily reccommend Rich's work.

@lamf68 I have a Squier JM at the mo' that's finished in poly, is it something you could work with, or do you need an unfinished body and neck?

yeah mate, that'd be lovely to work on, literally replicate that Mascis model...As Rob says above, I've got one here for him now sprayed up of GSPbasses body and neck, it's nigh on identical in colour, in fact unless you had a fender one and my one side by side you'd never know the difference. drop em a PM mate and we can go from there.
