SOLD Yamaha Pacifica 611HFM with case £300 Posted

Selling one of my Pacifica 611s as I now have 3, which is a little over the top. This one is the amber burst one (orange to you and me). Sure you all know the specs; Seymour Duncans, Grovers, Graphtec, hard tail through body etc. If not have a quick google for all the info and reviews etc. I'm selling this one as it's the one in the best condition with no mods, unlike my others which have seen a load more gigs.

This one has a few light marks/dings and a little laquer crack near the neck pocket but nothing major and will come with a generic, cheapy black hard case.
I have no doubt someone will ask about the neck and whether it is skinny with tight string spacing and the answer is nope, it's a very normal sized neck which will feel totally familiar to anyone used to a current Fendery one.

Having played the 611HFM, 611VFM (trem) and the 612 V2VFM (HSS, Trem version) a few weeks ago at Yamaha Music in Wardour Street, I can attest to the build quality, feel, great neck comfort, and top tone from these guitars.  The mix of SD P90 and SD HB plus coil tapping on the 611 is just superb. Hardware is really good quality too with Grover machines and quality nut & bridge.  And I can confirm that I didn't even notice the slightly narrower neck at the nut...felt totally natural & comfortable.

I've already 'spoken' with Darren on this guitar & he's a top bloke.  Breaks my heart not to buy this one myself as its a cracking price, but sadly I think I do need the trem version.   If it was the 611 VFM I'd have bought it already & the ad wouldn't be here!

Yeah, the purple one looks great. I've got one but with a black SD Screamin' Demon in place of the Custom 5 as it's my all time fav pick up, been my go to guitar for a while now.

That would more than likely be my inability to use imgur or the piccy bit of the fretboard properly so thanks for making it work as it should, and thanks for the kind words and recommendation. Did you track down something with a trem?

No probs Darren.  Haven't yet found a used one. Selling new for £525 from a few folk, and £516 from Bax.  I'm in no hurry so will keep my eye open for a decent deal, preferably with a gig bag or case, and for a later VFM with the lockable grovers.

Thanks, but 'fraid not - that's just a single p/up version. I'm after the 611VFM with h/b and P90.
