Google tells me "Sändare" is Sweedish for transmitter, why the name change though?

I'm guessing something to do wth US maker (of amps and pedals) Satellite.

Yes, literal translation is Transmitter.

Came across that amp maker recently and thought that might cases issues so I changed the name. Seen a few other builders having trademark issues over the last year or two.
