on a PT junior, how have people mounted their TRex fuel tanks? I've stuck mine on the the underneath with Velcro but it keeps falling off and the brackets that come with the PT were useless and only fitted the voodoo labs power supply

Would tie wraps work?  Alternatively you could Velcro to the top of your board?

Try Velcro Dual Lock. That grabs hold like a pitbull.

Voodoo Labs make (or made) a universal mount

Heavy duty velcro and cable ties works a treat! I've got two smallish but heavy supplies on my classic jr and they haven't moved yet

I have used products similar to this for many tasks:

I'm sure that it could be bent to whatever shape you need to mount the PSU on your pedalboard.

Dual lock tape is best thing, it holds my pedal power 2 to my pedaltrain and won't budge at all.
Its not cheap but you'd only need a metre ...

I had the same problem  with an HB PP Jnr. As it heated up, the glue on the velcro cave up and the power supply fell of the bottom of the  board. I thought about buying dual-lock but realised I could use a zip tie which I could buy for £1 for 100 from my local Pound shop. I'd have 98 left for zip-tying my bass player's guitar to the  handle of his amplifier or  our singer's handbag to her mic stand. Much more fun than dual lock.
