Yes, not great quality and I can't bring myself to buy any these days. I get the sales emails but it's always the weird designs that I'd never wear.

The problem is the ones with "Doc Marten" are the foreign knock offs as the origional UK factory still exists and still produces the origional shoes under a different name.

It's a bit like Heritage and Gibson where the knock off is better quality and in some ways more authentic.

My last pair split on the side after just a year of constant wear.  I expect better than that.

I was a teenager in the 90's.   I remember doing some welly wanging with a friends pair of brand new 18 hole docs to stop them looking so new. Probably my first relic job
