Another 80s cover

This one is a cover of the Yazoo track "Only You" - recorded in my living room last month. I have turned it into a YouTube video as the Soundcloud upload has some pretty nasty artifacts on it (I have tried different things, but still end up with the same).

Thanks! Do you mean in the verse and chorus? If so, it was a bit of a tricky one as any other attempts to define it further (volume, compression, Stereo panning the bus etc.) made it too prominent and took focus away from the acoustics. So I just left it as it was for more of a texture in the mix.

Yes....I think its either there or it isnt, so if you keep it, just Eq it a bit to get it to cut through without taking it away form the rest of the mix....

I will look at it if I go back to the mix; I am working on an original at the moment so that is taking up all my music time now.
