    Have had two Historic 59's which were expensive and very good but when I bought (and still have) the SA2200 It played and sounded so much better ....The neck is absolutely amazing !
    There is an arguement that the spruce top SA2000S sounds better but it's a close call .....

    I had a sa 2000s .and Lollar Imperial Low winds     ....it was sold on this forum and it was magical
    I also have a '84 SA2000 with OX4 pickups which also beats the daylight out of any Gibson I have played

    It might be so but it is not unheard of to prefer local collection.

    Also, one should be rather considerate about how each person's schedule, family obligations etc might make such seemingly easy arrangements a hassle.
