Anyone used a strum buddy?

Just curious whether it's good enough for quiet practice noodling away from the house? Possible purchase before my next camping trip.

Looks cool, but I reckon a vox amplug or a pod bean of some kind might be better (albeit a headphones solution). 

A pair of half decent in ear headphones and an amplug would be tiny and probably do a good enough job.

A Blackstar fly 3 would be a better choice and they have bluetooth now so double up as a speaker.

Also a 'Strum Buddy' sounds like something that is sold by Lovehoney

If you're looking for a little noodle box you're definitely better off getting a Blackstar Fly 3.  They are really, really good for the money and run on batteries for a long time.  I mean, for £4 more than the strum buddy you could get the stereo set up with PSU.

I do already habe a Roland micro cube that runs very well on batteries, so this would just be something that I use when I need to be even quieter.
