Genasys.  Came in the pack with my first electric from Argos and used with a Zoom 505.  Wasp, jam jar etc.

Gave this away to a teenager that worked with the missus years ago - he was over the moon with it!

G50 R CD.  £50 at the time, 1st loud amp used with a Zoom 606 and then later a Korg AX1500G.  Getting better.

    In order:

    Watson 15 watt amp
    Marshall AVT50h
    Marshall JCM900
    ADA MP1 -> Peavey classic 50/50
    Laney VH100R
    ENGL Powerball
    Laney VC50
    Randall T2
    Marshall JVM410h
    Jet City combo
    Digitech GSP1101 -> Peavey Classic 120
    Laney VC50
    and finally

    Peavey JSX.

I'd say the JSX is my favourite amp I've owned.

Also owned  Cornford Harlequin which was great for a little practice valve amp. Also had a Roland VGA3 which was bought as a cheap gigging amp when playing small venues. Wasn't really that good.

Hmm.. I've never been a massive amp person, or at least my wallet has never been an amp person...

Fender/Squire Argos starter amp, seem to remember cleans were ok on it, but i wanted dirty.
Some shitty 10w angry wasp.. might have been Conrad
Meridian 80w Stage Pro - Had this for ages, gigged lots. Great spring reverb on it, had good crunch, great cleans. Really undervalued amp imo, unfortunately i could only appreciate how good it was after it had gone. Best ss amp i've had.,,
Marshall AVT50 - Nice sounds.. kept on breaking.
Marshall VS265 - Picked it up cheap, gigged with it for a while, never blew me away, but got the "Marshall" tone and was loud.
Blackstar HT-1R - Current home practice amp
For playing now i use a mixture of -
    Line 6 HD500 & pedals into PA

Possibly others in between.. its been 20years ish..

    Over 25 years, not many:

A cheap 10W ss amp when I started, no idea what it was.

Then I bought a Marshall 8040 which was my sole amp for about 20 years! Still have it in great condition but it does not     get  much use, not sure what to do with it.

    Orange CR60

    Blackstar Fly 3.

  • About twenty five years worth:

    Marshall micro amp

Peavey studio pro (but with micro amp running into it for more gain)

Soundcity 120 with homemade 4x12 cab ( with the peavey running into it for gain)

Marshall JMP 1 (running into soundcity)

Marshall 9005 power amp for JMP1

    Mesa Nomad 55

Yamaha dg80 ( my favourite amp . Still have it and love it. Just wish it didn't weigh so much!)

    Yamaha dg130 with crate 4 x 12 ( same as dg80 but louder !)

Yamaha thr 100hd (through a 2 x12 cab I cobbled together from bits bought on here ). Great, easy to haul rig, very useful IR outputs for PA and headphones for silent practise.
