Well i suppose a 60 would be too loud for apartment?
I have a 1979 Super Reverb that i did all the available mods to it and cant get it past 1 and some change.

I will warn you that a SS22 isn't a great home amp.  It's a bit noisy -- especially with the reverb turned up, and whilst great for gigging, it doesn't really respond that well at low level.  If you want the sparkly Blackface thing then I'd be looking at something Princeton - ish.  I went down the tweed route and changed my SS for a Cornell.

I use the 60 and it does sound ok at home levels but that's missing the best sounds in the amp. 

If you are using an attenuator why not stick with the super? 

But for home use a fender Princeton reissue is brilliant

I was looking at the 68 but that would mean I have to crank it up for the distortion. Whereas on the supersonic I can add it, right?
