No open-position C# chord but there are a few options for the dominant 7th version C#7.

Formula 1 3 5 7, so C# E# (=F) G# B. It's the B on the 2nd string which gives us the chance to play open-position C#7 chords.

Basic shape (C-shape shifted up by a fret, or the common B7 shifted up by 2 frets)

C#7: x43404

There is also an open-position C#7#9 Hendrix chord! It uses the open 1st string (E = Dx / D##) string for the #9 interval.
