I'm a bit out of the loop but the B3 has either got to be the NI B3 which is discontinued (I think) under licence or, a sort of software version of Behringer's take on Boss / Ibanez etc. pedals.  Especially when the bundle has some strangely familiar faces. 
Wish I could record at the moment cos I'd be all over this.  The NI B2 and B3 were fantastic.
