Apparently my guitar is fake

My classified ad was removed earlier, apparently it’s fake. Except it was purchased new from Dawson’s music in 2011, and the serial number is recognised as being manufactured in China in2010https://imgur.com/gallery/sNnyr

it undoubtedly has some miles on the clock, but I’m curious to know what makes people think it’s a fake.

Not my doing, but I presume it was flagged by someone who *thought* that it wasn't genuine and so,it was removed pending clarification.

When it was verified genuine, it was reinstated.

There are definitely fake Epiphones, I've seen a couple too.

There are fake D'Addario strings... and fake Toshiba power transistors. These retail for around a fiver - you really wouldn't believe it's worth it, but clearly it is to someone.

As I understood it, before the boiled cow polymer £5, they were one of the most heavily counterfeited note, because people wouldn't suspect.
