Lovely...but as a fully stamped up member of the Cunetto Club I'll have to pull you up for the 2248th made statement

LIke the real deal Cunetto's were not sequentially numbered. The black stamped number from Vince in the neck pocket will give you its year, day number in year and then number in batch but beyond that there's no real guide. I had one of the first 20 Nocasters made and that had a number in the late 0090's. Its quite possible that yours was actually produced earlier than number 2248 thus.
Great guitars and one that will never depreciate, and a good price too.
