Very sorry to see this go.

This is a Factory Special Run, or “FSR” 6120 Chet Atkins specced by Cream City Music, THE Gretsch dealer in the States. I purchased it new from them in July 2014. Mine is number 3 of 12 and possibly the only one in the UK.

The black finish, gold hardware and chrome Bigsby is a nod to Chet Atkins' 1956 Prototype 6120 (the "Dark Eyes" guitar). Has the bison and cactus fretboard inlays, the bison inlay on the headstock and the Chet Atkins logo on the pick guard.

I've only played it outside the house a handful of times. The only mark on the guitar is a scratch on the Bigsby where I folded the arm back but the felt pad must have shifted (photographed).

Setup with flatwound 11s, though I currently have a .12 high E on there.

Has original case and all the case candy.

Priced fairly at £1600. Need a cash sale on this, so no trades or PX thank you.

Got the chance to play this and it is one of the most beautiful and nicest guitars I have played. Also I consider it in better than new condition and meticulously maintained. Anyone after a 6120 with dynas need to see this.

Too much bling, too many colours and finishes, far too much detail. How Gretsch do this and turn it in to such beautiful art and wonderful instruments is a total mystery.

I hate gold hardware, but that’s pretty. Love the hardware combo and white G brand. 

I need a Gretsch with Dynasonics, alss funds are otherwise allocated.
