    Is there a manufacturer's mark stamped into the underside of the baseplate of the stock 'heads? (I would expect to find Jin-Ho, JH or HW.) Take care with the screws. They strip extremely easily. 

    The stock 'heads will seem shockingly loose when the strings are off but they come good under tension.

    As for drop-in replacement? The only 'heads likely to exactly match the existing screw hole layout is another set of the same make/model.
