GONE : Vintage Dallas Arbiter Slider amp

Right then.

This has been sitting in my garage for a while now and it’s just taking up space.  It’s a solid state amp in working condition with unusual slider controls. It’s not very loud, tv volume at most.  One input is quite trebly the other more rounded and bassy and much more useful.  To this day I have no idea what the tremelo input does, I’ve never managed to get it to do anything tremelo-y.

It has one Goodmans speaker and one elliptical speaker of unknown origin.

Its had a jolly good clean and I’ve removed all the spider corpses!

So if anyone wants it, then it can be collected from Horsham, West Sussex.

This does not surprise me in any way 

Is an interesting curiosity for sure. Any idea what that trem input is for?  I tried plugging in the guitar and it plays but is very muffled and no trem sound at all. I tried a footswitch to see if that did anything - nope. It’s all a bit mysterious...

Wow - what a trip down memory lane - I had one of these in about 1974/75 - my first amp. I don't think my dad thought it was quiet - I played through it in my bedroom upstairs while he ran his opticians practice downstairs.

And now I have 2 of them !....those busted sliders are a pain to fix though, you cant get inside them !
