Garage conversion

Hoping for some good advice regarding soundproofing my garage for loud home jams. No plans to record in there, I just need it to be quiet for the neighbours. Doing the job myself and need it to be as cheap as possible. Any experiences/recommendations for materials?

Double up the double glazed door and window as that always makes a significant difference, Decoupling the floor is a good move but a lot of work and it depends on your budget

Effective soundproofing is bloody difficult and requires a lot of attention to detail!
