Added Digitech Nautila, Obscura, and a couple of phasers.

Having a clear-out as I have my eye on something expensive. The two Digitech pedals were bought new, by me, within the past few months, and are fully boxed with all of the stuff.

The Phase 45 was built by me from the Fuzzdog kit, and is a nice phaser.

The Small Stone Nano has no box.
