  • I'm gonna be going to this one, been reading about these for the past few years and have been desperate to attend. Finally I can go!! Really looking forward to it and it will be great to finally put faces to forum names too.

My head said brake, but my heart cried never.

There'll be some new Fredric Effects pedals at this show. Can't promise there'll be more Fredric guitars yet, but we'll see!

I've made a TV ad, first time in 20+ years of running events, thanks to ITV doing a beta test for small businesses, it will run from 17th December until the show, in true Dennis Waterman style, I'm in it (not a lot) and its me and some mates playing the music (just to massively cut costs)

A little nod to Back To The Future

For a horrible moment, I was fearing vocals ...

We took the stems and removed them, a voice only my mother could love :)

I've never been to a guitar show and as this one is local I'll definitely try and make it too.

Must be quite awkward for Patrick Eggle to have a rival Patrick Eggle stand at the show?

Patrick has never mentioned it, but I am mindful to keep them away from each other, plus for lack of confusion for visitors. Whilst they both carry his name, I don't think the end products are anything alike.

I would definitely go with the real Patrick Eggle's guitars. More my taste May have to demo one at the show

I have a 96 model Eggle. Pat was also kind enough to give me a tour of his workshop and try a few of his other models when I popped over to pick my guitar up.
He is a lovely guy and his guitars are probably the best I've ever played!

Ooooh @markr76 ; that's the model I'd have gone for. Lovely but beyond my reach for a while now once I've paid up on my guitar build
