Gibson Custom Bucker Pickps

As title - set of brand new Custom Buckers, taken straight out of a brand new R8. I need something with a bit more output, sacrilege I know, but Im not into the whole PAF thing. 250GBP posted, please message with any questions.

I would be interested to know what these sound like with A4 magnets. They really improved a set of Antiquities I had.

Great pickups!  What are you going for instead?

They are fantastic sounding things, easily the best pickups Gibson do and for the traditional PAF sound they compete with anything Ive ever heard.  I need a bit more oomph however, so have put a pair of Bareknuckle Abraxas in there - vintage sounding but with more welly in the bridge.

Nice!  I've ordered a vintage Super Distortion (early 1980's) for the bridge position in my R8, purely for welly with high gain. The Custom Bucker sounds so good though, I'd love to be able to have both in there somehow
