So I have one of these old delays not a scratch on it & has the 3005 chips & basically resides in its box.

Thing is I don't think I'm using it to its potential, its just a slap back for me so on my board I use a DD5 as its much smaller.

What are your favourite settings, any tips?

I set mine as follows...

Volume to unity
Mix so that delays are slightly less volume than dry signal
Feedback for three repeats
Set the switch to vibrato
Adjust the delay time and volume with your foot.

This gives multiple sounds from vibrato to slap back to echo with two control adjustment s

Sorry to jump on your thread, it’s a cracking pedal, IMO it’s the best analogue delay out there, bizarrely mine is not being used and it’s sitting in it's box too. I used mine for a dirtyish slapback but I’m now using a DL4 for the three presets and the fantastic DM-2W but that may change soon, also intrigued by others favourite settings, although I think I’ve cracked the Streets Have No Name.
