any idea about this pedal?

been on an overdrive oddyssey recently (expect a few up for sale in the near future)..

bought this pedal on ebay recently. Seller seemed to think it was based upon a hiwatt pedal.  It sounds not bad actually and stacks well  

anyone seen one of these before or any idea what it it is?

I have no idea what it is either , my best guess would be a  Ulysses pedal made by the Homer Co from Greece .
