Recording studio with large tracking room pls?

I'm looking for a recording studio in the London area or surrounds, that has a large live tracking room. RAK would be a reference in regards to size required. Does anyone have some suggestions pls?

What is your day rate expectation?

Large rooms are thinner on the ground than ever before so expect to pay a bit more.

Can you go out of London?

Is it possible to hire the BBC Maida Vale studios? The live room in Maida Vale Studio 2 is amazing.
