1967 Guild F20 £950 SOLD

I've been meaning to list this for a bit now. It's a lovely old thing, but it's just not getting played. 

Sunburst
Tuners are replacements
Surface crack in the top - but it's stable, and doesn't need any work
Case is original but somewhat knackered (!) (lots of tape) - I wouldn't trust it for moving it around anyway even if it was perfect as they are the old cardboard cases. 
Lots of wear 
Sounds just like it should - beautiful! 

@Riverman has seen this and played it - and compared it to his own F20 so I'm sure he'd give you an independent view on it if you asked nicely

I'm reluctant to ship as the case is so fragile but let me know where you are and I'll see if I can't work out a way of getting it to you, or close to you!

This is a great deal, these are comparable to Martin 0-18's from the same era for a fraction of the price. I saw one for sale in Denmark Street for £2,000.  Also the guitars from the Hoboken factory are significantly better (lighter builds) than the ones they produced in the new factory, I think the move happened in 1967.
