Mixer solution for playing with iPod?

i would like to play piano/guitar along to a backing track or cd at home with headphones. 
An iPod bud in one ear and the piano headphone bud in the other isn’t helpful (nor sending the instrument to one ear and the recording to the other). What is the cheapest and smallest mixed stereo solution?
i used to use a dj mixer but the 2 track mixer was large. I have a blender pedal but that would risk losing part of the stereo playback. 
Any ideas?

Thank you. The Behringer 502 should do the job too. I’ll order one soon.

Unless funds or space are exceptionally tight, I'd recommend going up one to the 802 (less than £10 extra at Thomann). I have the older (pre-'Xenyx') version and it's a great little mixer with everything laid out logically and plenty of flexibilty. Two phantom powered XLR mic/line channels and two stereo line channels, 3-band eq and more gives loads of options for future projects you may not even have thought of yet. I've done live gigs with my little 802.

There’s a used one for 40£ Near me. Thing is, I do want it small. The 502 might be overkill as it is.

The alto zephyr 52 looks very pretty. I think I’ll go for that instead. Any negative reviews?

I went for the alto in the end. All sounds good on the earphones and should I ever feel like karaoke time...
