Thanks both. It's a great guitar that sounds awesome with that pickup array.  I just need funds for something else (as ever).

What's the screw/string spacing on the Callaham bridge?
    Thanks

It's the standard 56mm string spacing

Any chance of a couple of photos of the transition between the gold and the sides of the body please? Difficult to see how it looks from the current pics.....
Assuming standard Fender neck pocket size?

    Thanks!

Hi @paulnb57.  I'll get some images up tonight. The work was expertly done by our lamf68.  I opted to have the gold just on the top of the body (it goes down the sides by about 2mm only and is a super clean, smooth line all round).  As you'd expect, lamf68 did a superb job. Yes, standard picket size.  The Warmoth neck I had in there was a nice snug fit

Just a suggestion but if you put the image link under the description of each part for sale might make it easier for us to see the item(s) we are interested in.

EDIT: I am looking at this on my phone so I only get links to the images not the actual images

Good idea @lovestrat74.  This is a long post but the mods don't like multiple threads

Hi @paulnb57.  I've put two images in showing the excellent edge.  @lovestrat74 I have rearranged the images.  Thanks for the suggestion.  Much better now!

  • Out of interest, were you selling this as a complete guitar? If so, for how much?

I @robinbowes. Yes, I was trying to sell this as a compete guitar but partscaster are, understandably, difficult items to shift so I broke it up.  I have sold only blan so far though...  It will alon stop certainly get more as parts but I am open to a discount on everything (which now influxes a few further bits).  I'll message you

@Treewig1 appreciate the extra photos, I couldnt quite envisage how it would look going from the gold to the natural finish, I already have a Strat that was painted by @lamf68 and agree his work is very good..
Can I justify a Tele body having just bought a GSP Tele neck from another forumite?.......dammit!, Its a bit soon.....
