Duplicate photos on a windows machine.

I have thousands of photos, years and years worth, most are in folders and neatly filed, some are not, Ive noticed quite a few duplicates, is there a decent free software that can locate them for me? Thumbnails so I can view before deleting and the ability to find them is the filenames arnt identical like 2356(copy1).jpg and 2365.jpg for instance, anyone?

There is a duplicate finder somewhere in Windows but I can't find it at the moment - if you have CCleaner free, that has a duplicate finder tool.    Also it's a useful pgm apart from that.

Ive tried CCleaner, I couldn't see anyway to only choose photos and it scanned everything, no thumbnails either so I uninstalled it. The latest windows 10 version has one, but I cant find it, I do remember reading about it.
