16GB with 3GB RAM - I think these are nano SIMs?  See SD card and plectrum for reference!  Not that it matters because you can get your number transferred to the SIM straight away.

Can take micro SD*

hardly used, very clean, but couldn't be used as a "new" present but if it's for you it's a very like new, if that makes sense.

*NB can take two SIMs and a micro SD -- unlike some, Sony Xperia I'm looking at you!  Which is either 2 SIMS, or 1 SIM and one micro SD

@stevie_the_spy -- I think so.  I got it from Amazon; SIM only. 

Hope that helps.  Definitely no problem with O2 or Vodafone cos that's what I had in there.
