How do you play this riff?

I just heard this little riff in the Andertons video and I can't quite see how he plays it...can anyone help me? Is it kind of sweep-picking the first 3 muted notes?

Looks like he’s starting with a double stop with a bend, followed by 3 palm muted notes: first is an A played with the pick, second is a pull-off to G, and finally a hammer-on to E on the next string down.

Thanks but not sure I follow...can you explain as if I'm an idiot (which I am)

After the first note, which is a barre across the 2nd and 3rd string, he palm mutes with his right hand, and picks the A on the 4th string, pulls off to the G on the same string, and hammers the E on the 5th string.

So that fast descending 3-note run is played all palm muted, with only the first note being picked.
