For me anyway. I find lower gain into higher gain works best for stacking drives. Wah and phaser can be more pronounced if after drives but I prefer them in front for a more subtle sound. Boost can go before drives to add gain and sustain or after to literally boost volume, pitch needs a clean signal to work glitch free - near the front, but perhaps after the compressor now I think about it. Delay before reverb sounds right to me, you can get some big ambient washes the other way around or having either before a gain pedal, but it gets murky for ‘normal’ playing.
Experimentation is key!! For example I like trem right at the end after delay, and phasers before drive pedals despite received wisdom being to place modulation between drive and echo pedals...
