It was one of those where I just knew it was going to happen. I had gorilla snot on my fingers but couldn't be arsed for it to go sticky so used the pick that had a bit of blue tac on. Fcking knew I shouldn't, hence the face!

Lol! that was great - and kudos to you for sharing. I've heard the best way to avoid that happening is to keep an old acoustic as an altar and ritually throw a pick in every week as a sacrifice to appease the guitar gods.
