WTB: Laney VC15 (UK) or loud, small amp (quilter-esque)

As it says! Preferably in good condition. I am in Wolverhampton but willing to travel to collect if the price is right!
Also open to alternatives. Need to be a small amp of around 15 watts valve that has a good clean channel and takes pedals well. 
Will happily consider Quilter, DV Mark though I'll be looking for a 1x12 cab in that case also.
Going on tour and need something loud and portable!

How about very loud and portable?

Egnater Rebel 30 combo, 1x12, 2 channels, compact, footswitch, cover etc in very good condition... £340

I'm in Nottingham so not too far, but could meet on the M42 if it helps...
