This solo does everything for me, it's perfect for the song, the tone sounds like an angry 50's telecaster cutting across everything like a knife.
Not sure if it's a difficult solo to play, as I don't want to try and learn it as its too perfect.
Technically there are two solos, a standard Mystery train update on Scotty Moores solo, but the second is James Burton saying that's the old way, now this is what I can do!
The solo screams at about 2:10 .
Who elese has a solo that just does it?

Joe Perry, on Aerosmith's Amazing, the fade out solo, the long one. Not too flash/shred, not too basic. Just right.

Thanks for that link. Excellent guitar from James Burton. He arguably invented the style that has been seen in the playing of all the great country guitarists in the past five decades. So young when he first recorded too.

Roland said: Scales are primarily a tool for categorising knowledge, not a rule for what can or cannot be played.
Supportact said: [my style is] probably more an accumulation of limitations and bad habits than a 'style'.
