It's a Boss ODB3 Bass Overdrive.  Like new.  (I quit the bass playing gig before I got a chance to use this.)  Does what it does superbly well. 

So... if you've ever wanted a mint Boss ODB-3 here's a chance to nab one at a nice discount.
