There's something about the combination of Pelham blue and creamy coloured plastic bits.  Very nice.

I can't believe that no one's bought this! The combination of the 57 Classic in the neck and Burstbucker 3 in the bridge is great.

Me too. I've already got a Trad Pro 2 in lightburst. Maybe I should sell that and keep this? I can't believe its the colour that putting people off...

Remember when these were on sale, every box-shifting UK shop claimed they were exclusive to them! They all put out some BS story about Gibson "accidentally overmanufacturing" several hundred guitars (check out the Andertons video) I tried a few and they were very good but in the end I went for the 335 equivalent (57 in neck and BB in bridge). But the last LPs to sell were the solid colours, even with heavy discount - guess us traditionalists always favour a burst on an LP?! But not on a strat...
