Hey everyone welcome to our new RAW RotM Challenge!

This is the 2nd RAW Riff of the Month (RotM) Challenge, being run by @Antique_Guitars and @TTony.

RAW is different to the other riff challenge because you are only allowed to submit recordings with one layer of guitar and no other sounds, this is all about one amazing riff and nothing else.

The challenge is now open, and remains open for submissions until 24th April.

All you have to do is ...

• Write a single guitar riff. 
  
• Keep it to a maximum of 50 seconds.
  
• Challenge opens on the 1st of every month, and closes on the 24th of the month.
• Voting opens on the 25th of the month, and closes on the last day of the month, when the winner will be announced.

The tracks will be uploaded to our SoundCloud account and saved in a playlist that will be linked below

Sent this months effort, apologies to the real metal players, my technique is nowhere near tight enough for this sort of thing, I enjoyed trying something different though.

Just heard mine back and found that I've done it again ffs, please ignore the second bit, it's not supposed to be there.

I'm hoping to get the basics of this recording lark learnt sometime in the next thirty years!
