This is the last I think of my series on mmaj7 chords which can be played using open strings. G#mmaj7 contains a B, so we can build a voicing around the open B 2nd string.

Formula for a mmaj7 chord is 1 b3 5 7, so in G# that gives us G# B D# F## (same not enharmonically as G) which is xx6443

You could pretty much add the open B string to this chord 466403, but the B note would be doubled on adjacent strings, which is something I try to avoid, so I prefer to go one pattern down the CAGED shapes from an E shape to a G shape, which gives us the (only marginally) more playable
