    Bloody brilliant. Saw them a few months ago in Inverness and one of the best gigs I've been to in years.

    Finally - these guys have deserved a proper thread on here for a long time!

    I've supported them since the War Rooms came out (still their best work in my opinion) and it's great to see them finally getting some recognition. I finally got to see them live at Latitude this year and they are probably in my top 10 (if not 5) gigs ever.

    mentioned these in a thread as an example of keeping an instrumental track interesting, only heard a few songs but they've been superb.

    Yeah, I apparently went to see them at my venue near me.

    I say apparently as I'm alleged to have walked in, paid £15 to get in, bought a pint, didn't drink it and immediately left for a taxi due to being so utterly smashed. Woke up in the taxi near my house.

    Apparently they were great, I would love to seen for myself now in hindsight.

    @Moss

    Me too though I think Inform Educate Entertain is better. I love Signal 30!

    Cant wait to see them supporting the Manics in Swansea next summer.

    When I first heard them, I said they have the potential to be the next Pink Floyd - They have that feel about them

  • I loved the War Room EP and the first album, saw them gig once, great stuff with all old TVs set-up showing the vids. Very funny as well.

    Lots of this ^^^

    I saw them last year or so at the Junction in Cambridge, my sister insisted i come along to see them, i thought they were very good, their samples were a touch too high in the mix though and were clipping which was quite off putting but visually they were very interesting.

    Great use of the sampled spoken word

    I must admit I found the flow of IIE a little jarring at times - good songs though

    Late to the party with these guys and was just about to start a new thread...

    Bloody fantastic stuff. Watched the live Brixton gig recently and they have gone straight to the top of my "must see" list.

    New album out soon, I believe
