I've just been over to Jose's workshop & showroom and had the opportunity to take a look at this, as well as a couple of his acoustic builds.

The electric design works well (to my eyes).  It's distinctive & different, but not just for the sake of being distinctive & different, and you've not left with the impression that an unnecessary bit has been cut out or added in just to make the design different.  It feels very comfortable on the knee - but I like my guitars on the smaller side.  Still quite weighty though and it would be a pretty weighty beast if it was a "normal" design/size.

The neck join is as comfortable to hold as it looks to be.  Your palm just fits around the join, with no straight edges or hard corners to cause any discomfort.

The cavity cover is a quality touch too - none of your 50p bits of plastic, it's a proper piece of rosewood (?) that is precision fitted over the cavity.

I was also awed by the quality of the acoustic builds.  Beautiful warm, deep & clear sounds from the instruments and some more detailed design touches, with some real quality woods.

Hoping we manage to get some sound/video demos of these instruments.

    Thanks for your time @jmcustomguitars.

now i i'm working in some changes in this guitar.
decider to apply laquer in the top ;)

some people asked me if I finished with varnish all guitar, yes of course, you choose ;)

I advise, if you look for a gloss finish and a great sound as well, just do the laquer in the tor and peghead, the rest of the guitar use oil, that will keep a beautiful glossy top but the oil the body let the woods vibrate.

I believe that in the neck the oil works very good as well, wen we are recording some time we listen some noise wen we change the positions but with oil that does't happen ;)
