I've detailed elsewhere my struggles with getting guitars built, so this is probably going to be the last guitar I make (unless I build myself a Tele), which is for a friend's 50th (he's going to be 52 in September).
I thought it might be of interest if I document my progress, and it might help keep me focused on getting it done, I'm hoping to get it finished this year . . .
So here's the body with the neck pattern in place, I've routed the truss rod channel and glued the fingerboard on so my next task is to roughly cut out the neck and then rout it using the pattern.
Before anyone asks, I'm not taking any more orders

Maybe when I've got everything else out of the way I might do something, but other than a Tele I don't really think I can be bothered - I'm far more likely to sell off all the tools and turn the back room into something more useable.
