Chord Of The Week 5/3/16 Church Chords - an Fm7add11(no5th) in the key of Eb

Here's another one from the song at the end of the church service 2 weeks ago (1:03 in the YouTube link at the bottom).

The link passage between the verses has the chords Bbm7 Fm7 Eb with main melody notes of F C and Eb (two 5ths and a root). I chose to play chords at the 6th fret and sustain a Bb harmony note (about half an octave away from the main melody) on the top string throughout (root, 11th, and 5th against the chords.) So a regular Fm7 repeating the 5th melody note of C on the top string would be x86868 but instead the chord I played was

Fm7add11(no5th): x86866

The chord occurs at 1:03 -
