5 points @stratman3142 - nice tone and theme, built up well

3 points @ChrisRG - maybe a little directionless until the end, where the repeated bits worked really well

I found this the most difficult SotM so far. Partly due to personal circumstances (very busy at work) but mainly I just couldn't hear anything in my head, and I did so want to do something other just blast over the top of it. Oh well. Onto next month!

5 points @ChrisRG I really liked how that built with the track, nice bends and some the eagles type lick at the end worked

3 Points @MarkV - different type of playing to the others, and to me that worked well

1 Point @stratman3142 nothing wrong with this at all, but I found the other two a little more interesting to listen to.

3 points @MarkV - I liked the textures you created in the first part. I echo what I've said previously about your stuff, I like the way you approach things more from an instrumental direction than an out and out solo.

Really hard to judge this one as I liked them both for different reason.  In the end....

5 points @markv - I really liked this one as it tried to do something very different.  I felt it fitted well with the backing and I liked the way that the initial melodies carried on underneath the solo in the second half.

3 points @stratman3142 - As has already been said, nothing at all wrong with this.  Great melody and really good playing throughout with some cool technical bits at the end.

@stratman3142 .. 5 points .. loved the emoted, the pinched harmonics and the way it built up.

@ChrisRG .. 3 points .. great tone and phrasing .. a tough call between you at stratman

Ah, but I did enjoy your solo, and you pulled off the widdly stuff well Just I also enjoyed the other two a lot as well! Tough call this month. Glad to see some more votes sneaking in too
