Have you ordered yours yet @axisus ;or are you just taking the "here's a donation for keeping this place running, all free of charge and all free of ads" option ??

I'll admit that this thread was a bit of market research.

What's interesting is that nearly 70 people click the link in 30mins, thinking that there was a "bargain" to be had, which would inevitably cost way more than a £10 calendar.

Yet none click the link to go buy the calendar, the sole purpose of which is to support the on-going free-ness of the forum.  Happy to take advantage, less willing to contribute.

If that's the extent of the support from the general community, it adds weight to the suggestion that we put the Classifieds behind a paywall ...

    "just sayin'"

Nothing personal mate, I don't use calenders. I'm dictated by my works calender, sure don't want another!

Happy to make a donation when my finances are a bit straighter.

Bugger all guitars and amps are selling on here, so I don't get why you think calendars would?

Your market research worked on me, I clicked on the link as I can't resist a PSA and it reminded me to buy the calendar.

Well this thread worked for me! I saw the main calendar thread the other day and thought I'd get one when I was on a PC not on my phone, but forgot, so thanks for this heads up Tony!

We must do some more t-shirts - thanks for the reminder @octatonic.
    :D

Think of the calendars as your way of buying a year's free access to the site.  You "bought the last one" which gave you free access for the whole of this year.

Now go buy this year's calendar and you can have free access for the whole of next year too.

And that means you'll also see the "buy your t-shirt here" thread when we do it.  I think that's a win-win.

How about I donate £5 and don't get a calendar?
Does that get me off the hook?
I so wish to be an obedient boy.

I don't really use paper calendars, you see.

You wouldn't be the only one of you did donate and not ask for a calendar....
