These came out around the same time as the ubiquitous Mackie HR824's, which were all the rage, but I much prefer the Events. They were about £700 a pair new (and the newer versions are still that price) and I think they sound ace!

They are in great condition with just the dented dustcovers to spoil their aesthetic beauty!

Bit of a crackle when they first turn on and a thump when you turn off (apparently they all do it).

I think £250 delivered is a decent price (maybe even bargainous considering their retail price????)
