I have, in a couple of my recent for sale threads, alluded to having to offload some stuff having spent a fair whack on something exotic recently. Well, here is the exotic guitar of which I spoke - it is an all aluminium Electrical Guitar Company Series 5. SO chuffed with this - even by the lofty standards of the other EGCs I own this one is something special. Has a fantastic chime and metallic attack to it and sounds so full and clear. In short Im completely blown away. Heres a couple of shots -

The all aluminium ones actually look cooler with a bit of wear imo - I am not the guy to go carefully wiping off fingerprints on a guitar anyway

Looks amazing! I have a Trussart with TV Jones Powertrons, full metal hollow body and it has a very different set of harmonics to anything I have made of wood. Very cool, I really hope you enjoy that metal thing!

Ooh, saw your post on Aluminum Axes. By far the nicest EGC of them all, at least the ones I've seen. Love to see a video of it in action. Jaw dropper to say the least.

Cheers - the fretboard and neck are made from 1 piece of milled aluminium
