    Almost everything in that photo is flagrantly photoshopped - the lamp base has no reflection on the floor, neither does the settee or the lady, and there is a shadow on the floor of what looks like a chair to the left in the background.  The lamp is not plugged in to the mains.

    Oh, and there is a baby in her stomach - everyone knows this is impossible, they are delivered by stork.
