I will be, @Legionreturns . I'm taking it to one of my bass-playing colleagues tomorrow for him to run it through a live practice with his band and through his rig - I'll try to get a decent recording from that

I got Chris - a proper bassist with a proper bass rig - to give it a quick wizz for us to tweak the gain settings Here's a very short clip of what it sounds like with everything at neutral (I'll try to find the clip also where we go from full piezo to full magnetic)

Someone asked way back how this would sit on the strap. When Chris ran this through his bass rig, he did a standing up test. It balances great, with the tuner wrapping round a couple of inches away from the player. Very comfortable!

This clip illustrates and probably gives a better idea of the tone even through my crappy old phone mic
