Don't forget you are already rich- your only 35.
Warren Buffett is worth billions but he is in his mid 80s. Would you swap?
would he swap with you?
like a shot!
There's an awful lot more to life than money.
Like many I don't like my job that much, but I am trying to be sensible rather than jump from job to job like I used to. But I'm not happy it's work work work go home be tired do household stuff get in 30 mins guitar playing if I am lucky then repeat. then the weekend flies buy and i do it all again. I don't want to do this for the rest of my life.
but in the meantime I want money to clear off what debts I have so I can make a change.
But in the long term property is a pretty good bet.

Covers duo - less people to share around, but solo giging is lonely
Teach guitar
Get dep gigs for a function band (less rehearsing, no hassle but good money)
Enter all the competitions you can, I know someone who earns his living selling his prizes... he enters 1000's of competitions a week
Ways to save money by marginal gains...
Never buy on credit
Don't smoke - drink a bit at home
do 30 degree washes
switch off, not stand buy
buy discount food
Buy 2nd hand clothes (especially for kids)
Get an economical and cheap to maintain car
etc, etc
Take opportunities at work, work for opportunities! Genuinely work hard and don't just think you work hard. You be amazed how many people think they are hard working, model employees, that are actually lazy, incompetent or both and spend lot so of time on the internet, smoking or having coffee breaks....
I have done well at work, simply because everyone else is a fucktard.
Alakazam!

Learn to code - you'll never be short of work and can earn 400+ per day easily once you know your stuff, particularly if you can combine this with business/domain knowledge. Massive demand in analytics and data science atm, paying upwards of 700 per day.
My head said brake, but my heart cried never.
My head said brake, but my heart cried never.
The skills shortage is why people who *can* actually code, and not copy and paste a bit of HTML and Javascript, get paid very well.
The money is currently in analytics, machine learning and AI, particularly if you can combine this with domain knowledge and the ability to craft a proof of concept.
There is no easy way to riches, you have to be learning and thinking about solving problems constantly. Unless you found a successful start-up you won't get rich, but you'll earn decent money.
People who can code but can't independently craft a prototype or MVP will get paid much less.
I would recommend starting with Python, lots of good courses on Udemy.
You can go down the Web developer route but that's a more crowded market.
