I'm selling my R6, which I bought from this very village. It's in absolutely beautiful condition, and comes in its OHSC with COA and is a lovely thing. I just need something else.

It can be yours for what I paid, which is £2200 (SOLD). You'd be very welcome to drop by to my place on the outskirts of Brighton if you fancy a play/coffee/tea. Cash on collection preferred....

Pics are the previous owners.... I can put up new ones if there's an issue....

Buy with confidence, I bought Merlin's 1998 57 Jr and it's bloody lovely.  He's got an eye for a great guitar.

  • Oooh, that's my old R6, I believe. That's a tremendous Les Paul, folks, buy with confidence! I'd have that back but a new house is getting in the way a bit. Have a bump though.

  • Mainly just here for a perv as I have nowhere near enough cash, but out of interest - How long does it normally take a gold top to get to that cracked, kinda green thing going on? You never know, someone migh give me a casual 2k for xmas ...

Well you could do it yourself if you knew how....many folks here can help you.....  Other than that, about 40-50 years of playing it, using it, gigging it etc etc     ;)

Have a bump from a fellow Goldtop. Stunning guitars with P90 heaven. FWIW I sold mine and regretted it a lot, fortunately it came back up for sale and is now back with me for good. :)

My LP and indeed P90 needs are all sorted.  And I certainly don't want any more guitars generally.

So why do I keep coming back to slobber look at this...?

Right I confess I am developing a serious guitardon for this banjo.

Is Sir prepared to entertain the concept of 'trades'?

    And a kitten induced bump.....

  • I'm giving this a wee bump because I found some old photos of it on my phone from when I owned it, and it really is a cracking guitar. For one reason or another I've owned between 20 and 30 Les Pauls over the years including a couple of nice R8s, and this one still stands out as the best of the lot.
